MyRoofQuote generates a free, indicative price range for replacing an existing roof with a new metal (Colorbond®-style) roof, using satellite-derived roof measurements and a configurable pricing engine.

The service covers residential metal roof replacement only. It does not cover tile roof restoration, repairs, or insurance work.

Estimates are automated approximations based on aerial imagery and typical Queensland market rates. They are not a quote, offer, or contract.

Actual pricing depends on an onsite assessment of access, roof condition, framing, insulation, gutters, flashings and materials chosen. A binding fixed price is only provided in writing after that assessment.

Satellite imagery may be out of date or obstructed, so measurements can differ from the built structure.

Replies are generated by an automated AI assistant and may occasionally be inaccurate. Nothing said by the assistant forms a binding offer.

Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out; standard carrier rates may apply.

You confirm the address you submit is a property you own or are authorised to enquire about, and that the mobile number you provide is yours.

You must not use the service for automated scraping, resale of estimates, or any unlawful purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, MyRoofQuote is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an indicative estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms and the pricing engine from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
